Wine Review: This bright yellow colored Chardonnay from the Sonoma Coast is very good. It opens with a mild pineapple and faint lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, pleasantly acidic, mouthwatering and juicy. The flavor profile is a slightly tart lime and grapefruit blend with notes of minerality. I also detected a hint of pineapple mixed in as well. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Chard would pair well with chicken piccata with angel hair. Enjoy - Ken
