Wine Review: This white gold colored Chardonnay opens with a light oak and pear like bouquet with a hint of pineapple. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely acidic and bright. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused lemon with notes of vanilla oak and green apple. I also detected hints of white pepper and pineapple. The finish is dry and its acidity and fruit flavors linger nicely. This Chardonnay is very food friendly. I would pair it with Emeril's seafood mac and cheese. Enjoy – Ken
