Wine Review: This very very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Pina opens with a new leather and cherry cola bouquet with hints of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a dried herb and mild cherry blend with hints of cinnamon, stewed plum, and oak. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins last for a while. The Tasting Panel thought this Cab was a nice winter fireplace wine. They would pair it with lamb stew or Stuart's steak treats. Enjoy - KWGTP
