Wine Review: This ruby colored wine opens with a black raspberry bouquet with a hint of black cherry and lead pencil shavings. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy going. The flavor profile is reserved. It displays gentle plum and mild oak flavors with hints of minerality throughout. The finish is dry and its mild dusty and toasted oak tannins linger for some time. This wine is food friendly and versatile. It would pair well with Theresa's meatloaf. Enjoy - Ken
