Wine Review: This bright ruby colored red wine opens with a fresh black cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a mild red raspberry with a hint of black cherry and oak. The finish is dry and its well managed fine tannins linger nicely. This wine would be a perfect complement to pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: La Vendimia is a blend of Spain's two original star varieties, Tempranillo and Garnacha. Full of bright red fruit with ripe undertones of blackberry jam, fresh plums, and hints of the Mediterranean country herbs. This wine is simply harmonious and very well equilibrated. Meant to drink now through the next four years, this wine can be served slightly chilled and is the perfect accompaniment to any dish.
