Wine Review: This very yellow Chard opens with an attractive light lemon meringue pie bouquet with a touch of must. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well balanced, and creamy. The flavor profile is a spicy pear and mild green apple with a touch of minerality and mild oak. The finish is dry and a touch tingly. This wine would pair well with orecchiette in a wild mushroom cream sauce. Enjoy – Ken
