Wine Review: Wow! This very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Odette is impressive! It opens with an attractive mild black currant bouquet with hints black cherry and light oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, super smooth, and elegant. The flavor profile is a delicious mild black currant and oak blend with notes of gentle black cherry. I also detected hints of mild minerality throughout. The finish is pleasantly dry and its refined tannins fade away nicely. The terrific gem is ready to go and should be enjoyed over the next few years with a filet mignon at your favorite steak house. Enjoy - Ken
