Wine Review: This slightly cloudy and dark ruby colored Grenache from Navarro is very good. It opens with a fragrant black raspberry bouquet with notes of oak and cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is mild black cherry and oak blend with hints of blackberry, Chinese five spice and a touch of black licorice. The finish is dry and easy going. This Grenache is food friendly and would pair well many foods. I would serve it with Kobe sliders. Enjoy – Ken
