Wine Review: This Chardonnay from Michael David is very nice. It opens with a faint oak and pear like bouquet with a hint of caramel. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and pleasantly balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty vanilla oak infused apple with hints of pear and mild pineapple. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This wine would pair well with chicken, broccoli and penne with a light cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
