Wine Review: This white gold colored Chardonnay from Carneros opens with a mild lemon butter bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral infused apple with notes of oak and butter. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for quite a while. This Chard would pair well with pasta carbonara. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: vibrant gold Aromas: citrus (mandarin), ripe tropical fruit notes (pineapple, guava, papaya), with interwoven barrel notes, sweet oak, toast, spice Palate: nice bright, lively acidity, with sweet fruit flavors, good depth and complexity, clean on the palate, hint of minerality; clean, elegant finish Cellaring: 5+ years from vintage date with proper storage conditions
