Wine Review: This brick red colored Pinot Noir from Chile opens with a slightly musty and earthy bouquet of ripe cherries, raspberries, toasted oak and leather. I also noted hints of herbs and blueberries. On the palate, this Pinot Noir is medium bodied, smooth and fruity with flavors of black raspberries, plum, and integrated oak. The finish is slightly dry, peppery and its balanced tannins are nicely extended. This Pinot would go well with shrimp and Italian sweet sausages serve over a linguine with a marinara sauce. - Joe
