Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with a fragrant ripe red raspberry and strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is a juicy black plum with notes of minerality, cola and oak. I also detected a dash of pepper as well. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins stick around for quite a while. This Pinot would pair well with slow cooked beef brisket. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Redolent of boysenberry and mineral on the nose that joins clove, forest floor, cola, subtle black pepper and toasty oak notes on the palate. Welcomed acidity lifts and extends the flavors through a long, silky finish.
