Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine from the Roussillon region of France opens with a fruity red grapefruit, strawberry and melon bouquet. All of the Chapoutier labels include the appellation, name of the wine, vintage and whether it is red or white written in braille. It is light bodied, dry and refreshing with balance acidity. Its flavors of mild grapefruit, lime and minerality are a bit tame but enjoyable and the finish lasts a good long time with some light lime notes. I would serve it with fried shrimp. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: Colour: Rose petal, bright. Nose: Amylic and floral notes. Palate: Fresh on entry, great acidity balance with white-fleshed fruit
