Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a toasted coconut and oak bouquet with hints of banana. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and a bit tart. The flavor profile is a new oak and tangerine blend with notes of mango. I also detected hints of butterscotch, Bosc pear and lime towards the end. The finish is dry its flavors fade away nicely. This oak influenced Chard is unique. I would pair it with pan-fried trout. Enjoy - Ken
