Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Chateauneuf du Pape opens with a mild red raspberry bouquet with a smidge of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, quite smooth and refined. The flavor profile is a tasty black cherry with notes of light oak and a touch of raspberry. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are friendly and easy going. I would pair this wine with a charcuterie plate in the near term. Enjoy - Ken
