Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Lazy Creek is very good. It opens with an old oak and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral infused red plum with notes of black cherry and stock of oak. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This Pinot is very food friendly and would pair well with grilled salmon. Enjoy - Ken
