Wine Review: This light red colored Pinot Noir from the Anderson Valley opens with a fragrant and inviting boysenberry and pomegranate bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and very easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a tasty plum with notes of black pepper and black raspberry. I also detected hints of old oak in the background. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Pinot is well made and very food friendly. I would pair it with thyme infused pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
