Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with fragrant lemon, bread dough and mild oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a very tasty oak infused apple with hints of lemon and Werther's Original caramel. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for quite a while after the wine is gone. This Chardonnay is rather impressive and made in the traditional California oaky style. Enjoy it with toasted ravioli served with Alfredo sauce. Enjoy - Ken
