Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc is a very good value. It opens with a fragrant gooseberry and grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic, fresh and juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe ruby grapefruit with a sprinkle of sugar on top. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This Sauvignon Blanc is best on its own. I would serve it as an opening wine. Enjoy - Ken
