Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay is Excellent! It opens with an inviting vanilla oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and displays complete coverage inside your mouth. It is also nicely balanced and rich as well. The flavor profile is a delicious butterscotch with wonderfully integrated vanilla oak and pear. The finish is dry and its flavors linger on for quite some time. This yummy Chardonnay would be perfect with Chicken St. Timothy. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Chardonnay 2010 Napa Valley hails from our unique blocks of the Hudson and Hyde vineyards in the Napa Carneros. We have worked with these two viticultural geniuses since the early 1980s, and they have been the exclusive growers for our Napa Valley Chardonnay since our first Kongsgaard vintage seventeen years ago. The 2010 Chardonnay is an incredibly generous wine - a real hybrid of Burgundian minerality and California opulence.
