Wine Review: This pale straw colored wine is a very good elegant styled Chardonnay. It opens with an appealing mild apple bouquet with a hint of tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a gentle oak and mild pineapple blend with notes of apple. I also detected hints of pear and a touch of white pepper and spice. The finish is dry and it lingers nicely. This Chard is very food friendly and would pair perfectly with chicken and wild mushroom ravioli finished with a light cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
