Wine Review: This brilliantly deep ruby colored Pinot opens with an attractive mild black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, rich, and lush. This fruit bomb’s flavor profile is a juicy blend of black cherry and raspberry. The finish is rather dry and its dusty tannins are quite prolonged and persistent. This wine would pair quite nicely with duck. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aromatics of rose petals, rhubarb strawberry pie and a hint of sassafras. Full mouthfeel that has wild strawberries, red licorice and cherry cola flavors. Lingering finish.
