Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with an apple and pineapple like bouquet with hints of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty apple and mild pineapple blend with notes of faint peach, tangerine and integrated gentle oak. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This Chard is always a crowd pleaser and will be well received by your Chard loving friends. I would pair it with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken
