Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet from KJ was the winner of our first big blind Cab tasting. It opens with a black cherry and black currant bouquet with notes oak and a hint of toasted marshmallow. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is an oak and blueberry blend with hints of minerality and a touch of black olive. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are dusty and show nice length. The panel would pair this wine with a cowboy ribeye steak. Enjoy - KWGTP
