Wine Review: This orangeish rose colored wine opens with a mild cherry bouquet with a hint of wood and Slim Jim. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty mild red cherry and faint strawberry blend with notes of mild minerality. I also detected a touch of watermelon, Slim Jim and vanilla cream towards the end. The finish is dry and its fades away nicely. I would pair this Rose with a grilled mahi-mahi sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
