Wine Review: This almost clear colored Hondarrabi Zuri from Spain is unique and different. It opens with a faint pineapple and almond bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, a little round and easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a pleasant mild lemon verbena with notes of orange peel and a touch of lime and pilsner beer. The finish is dry, refreshing and fades away nicely. I would pair this unique wine with Emeril's crab cakes. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intense notes of fruit and minerals, with subtle hints of white flowers and fruits like apple and winter pear.
