Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a pineapple bouquet with hints of lemon. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and clean. The flavor profile is a light oak and gentle lemon blend with hints of butterscotch. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. We thought this was a very nice light-styled everyday Chardonnay. We would suggest pairing it with chicken picatta. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Josh Cellars Chardonnay offers aromas of ripe white peaches, pineapple and delicate notes of honeysuckle and white rose petals. Stone fruits and Fuji apples add to the palate, finishing long with bright flavors of grapefruit and lime. Careful winemaking creates a creamy texture with a full, lush body and a luscious finish.
