Wine Review: This opaque and onyx colored red blend opens with a fragrant ripe blackberry bouquet with hints of old oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, ripe, and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is a very tasty extracted blackberry with notes boysenberry and gently integrated oak. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors and well managed at tannins are nicely prolonged. This wine is made for barbecue foods. I would pair it with fatty beef ribs. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Plexus is an intricately structured blend comprised of rich and vibrant fruit from Barossa Valley's old, low yielding vines. A true reflection of Barossa’s soil and climate, Plexus expresses aromatic red fruits that are supported by ripe plums and earthy spice and savory oak characters. The palate is rich, round and full of concentrated, bright berry fruit. These flavors are balanced by vibrant acidity and soft, ripe tannins. A touch of oak adds complexity to a long and layered finish.
