Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored Cab from Jeff Gordon opens with a fragrant and attractive boysenberry bouquet with hints of acai. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe red cherry with notes of menthol, thyme and red plum. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors last for a very long time. This fruity Cab would pair well with Kerrygold Dubliner cheese and stone wheat thins. Enjoy – Ken (To be released in October 2015)
