Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Shiraz from down under is very impressive. It opens with a cedar and new leather like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced, and approachable. The flavor profile is a tasty cedar infused black cherry with hints of plum and a touch of coffee. The finish is dry and its fine tannins fade away nicely. Bordeaux lovers are going to really enjoy this Shiraz. I would serve it with a filet mignon over the next few years. Enjoy - Ken
