Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Pinot Gris from J opens with an inviting Bosc pear and banana bouquet with a hint of ripe tangerine. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp and pleasantly acidic. The flavor profile is a gently tart green apple with hints of peach pit, and a touch of grapefruit and banana towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Pinot Gris would be a good pairing partner for chicken francese. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This wine truly represents some of the best California locations for Pinot Gris. Our Pinot Gris has an enticing bouquet of apricot and tropical/pineapple fruit. The crisp, lush mouthfeel is also bursting with flavors of lemon and lime and finishes with a distinct minerality on the palate. A hint of kiwi and sweet orange blossom honey on the palate complements the fruit and acid.
