Wine Review: This light yellow wine opens with a mild wet stone like bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slighty zesty, and refreshing. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral infused light lime. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. This wine is food friendly and versatile. I would pair it with roasted chicken with garlic.
