Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Riesling was well received by our mini tasting group. It opens with a mild wet stone and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is a gentle blend of mild green apple and honey. There is also a touch of Clementine as well. The finish remains mildly sweet, yet food friendly. This wine would pair well with chicken lo mein. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Consume with food or without. It is naturally inclined to respond well to the accompaniment of fish and seafood, but by no means shy toward a hearty bit of pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon. All is well with the 2008 Riesling, enjoy it as you please.
