Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a mild lychee bouquet with hints of wet stone and lemon verbena. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly sweet. The flavor profile is a ripe lychee with notes of mild minerality I also detected hints of ginger mixed in as well. The finish remains semi-dry and fades away nicely. This Riesling would pair nicely with Thai rolls. Enjoy – Ken
