Wine Review: This dark red colored Rhone grape blend from Washington state is very good. It opens with black plum and cola bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild milk chocolate and black cherry-cola blend with notes of oak and black raspberry. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This wine is very food friendly and would pair well with veal chop. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The wine has a ruby/magenta color with scents of violets and lavender, slightly baked blueberries, raspberries, pomegranate, beef carpaccio and hints of mushrooms. On the palate, soft tannins and a vibrant acidity usher in the flavors while introducing crushed mulberries, strawberry fruit leather and minerals. Enjoy the exploration! - Chuck Reininger, Winemaker
