Wine Review: This white gold colored Riesling from Mosel is a good value. It opens with a mild green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly sweet and juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe Bosc pear with notes of minerality and apple. The finish is pleasantly sweet and fades away nicely. This is a nice Riesling and was liked by all that tried it. It was served and enjoyed with Italian ricotta cookies. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Rich and full with aromas and flavors of honey, almonds, apricots, peaches, lime and mango. A perfect match for spicy cuisine, fruits, aged cheeses and desserts. with dairy, citrus or nuts.
