Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chard opens with a very attractive lemon custard bouquet with hints of vanilla and light oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a blend of light oak and minerality with a touch of lime. The finish is dry and pleasant. This is food friendly and versatile Chard. I would pair it with grilled swordfish drizzles with a fresh squeezed lemon. Enjoy - Ken
