Wine Review: This white gold colored entry level Chardonnay from Australia opens with a pear like bouquet with a hint of apple. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic and refreshing. The flavor profile is a green apple with hints of green pear and a touch of minerality. The finish is dry and its acidity lingers. I would suggest pairing this Chard with grilled lemon pepper chicken. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Lifted ripe stone fruit characters of white peach and nectarine with toasty oak hints adding complexity. A well balanced wine with plenty of stone fruit and lively citrus characters giving great flavour and a pleasant lingering finish. Seamlessly integrated vanillin oak gives complexity, while a tight acid structure provides backbone that enhances flavour, depth and length.
