Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Shiraz opens with a mild boysenberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a well-controlled plum with hints of black raspberry, dark chocolate, and a dash of black pepper and an touch of oak in the background. The finish is dry and its mild tannins linger slightly. This is a very food friendly Shiraz and would pair well with a juicy bacon burger. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: Deep plum with purple hues. Bouquet: Ripe, dense blueberry, dark cherry and Satsuma plum fruit aromas combined with chocolate and blackberry spice and a hint of sweet vanillin oak. Palate: Soft, round and full bodied with rich plum and mulberry fruit flavours, complexed with dark chocolate, vanilla and clove spice. Seamless and well integrated with its firm, chewy tannins, balanced acidity, generous length and warm lingering earthy, chocolate and dark fruit finish.
