Wine Review: This almost clear Riesling opens with a wet stone and lime like bouquet with a hint of peach. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and rather sweet. The flavor profile is a tasty ripe apricot and green apple. The finish is sweet and pleasant. If you like sweet Riesling this wine is welcoming and delightful. My sister would love it. Pair it with sliced green apples and sharp cheddar cheese. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2008 Riesling has fresh fruit aromas suggestive apricots and peaches. The luscious semi-dry finish is balanced by the natural acidity characteristics of the Finger Lakes vineyards. We select the finest Riesling grapes grown in the Finger Lakes.
