Wine Review: This pale straw colored Chardonnay is un-oaked in style. It opens with mild musty pear with some flinty notes. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a mineral infused pear and honey blend with a hint of lime. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This wine is food friendly and would pair well with chicken francese. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The Glass Collection Chardonnay has a bright and brilliant color with a slight green hue. The wine has complex aromas of citrus, lime zest and melon. On the palate there is a beautiful round comforting texture with wonderful length and intense fruit complexity.
