Wine Review: This medium bodied pink blush colored Rose made from 100% Syrah will make a worthy addition and add variety to your summer repertoire of Sauvignon Blancs, Rieslings and other light white wines. This wine starts off with a pleasing bouquet of apricots, pears, and spice. I also picked up some hints of strawberry rhubarb and honey. The bouquet carries over into the palate with dried apricots, pears, strawberry rhubarb and spice. I enjoyed the pleasing balance and structure of this Rose. It ends with a nice extended dry finish with some light tannins appearing. I would pair this Rose from France with shrimp pad Thai.-Joe

Winemaker Notes: An enchanting raspberry, pink color this rose offers intense aromas of red currants, white flower and lemon. Red fruit dominates the refreshing palate which is highlighted by grapefruit and a pleasing acidity that pairs well with an array of food.
