Wine Review: This light yellow colored Gewurztraminer from the Finger Lakes opens with fragrant and attractive lychee bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty lychee with hints of apple and apricot. The finish is semi-dry flavors are nicely prolonged. This very nice Gewurztraminer would pair well with spicy Thai shrimp dishes. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: A linear style for Gewurztraminer with white flowers and lilac on the nose. Notes of Asian pear and peach on the palate, with a soft tropical fruit finish. Serve well chilled.
