Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from Fogdog opens with mild pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, rich and voluptuous. The flavor profile is a delightful mild lemon verbena and Anjou pear blend with notes of mild vanilla oak intertwined. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely for quite some time after the wine is gone. I would pair this big Chard with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This wine has a fragrant bouquet of honeysuckle, green apple and stone fruit with notes of wet stone and sweet vanilla. Lush and inviting with waves of green apple, pear and toasted nuts to complement the firm acidity and natural minerality in this impeccably balanced Chardonnay.
