Wine Review: This brown colored dessert wine opens with a ripe raisin bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly sweet and rich. The flavor profile is a ripe raisin and brown sugar blend with hints of vanilla and touch of sarsaparilla. The finish remains slightly sweet and its flavors linger and last for quite some time. This unique dessert wine would pair well with hot cross buns. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: Amber. Nose: Sweet, deep, rich jams with tobacco, leather and oak. Palate: A spectacular dessert wine, that will remind you of prunes and rich jams. Drink a glass chilled with fine pastries. Prepare to be astounded!
