Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Falanghina opens with a mild apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and easy going. The flavor profile is a mild bosc pear with notes of minerality and saline. The finish is dry and pleasant. Pair this food friendly white wine from Italy with fish dishes. I would recommend Bookbinder's breaded cod drizzled with lemon. Enjoy - Ken
