Wine Review: This yellow colored Riesling from Fess Parker opens with a fragrant ripe pear and honey like bouquet with a hint of petrol. On the palate, this wine semi-dry, with a nice balance between its acidity and ripe fruit. The flavor profile is a ripe Bosc pear with hints of ginger and honey. The finish remains off-dry and its flavored last quite a while after it’s gone. This Riesling would pair well with New England clam chowder. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our Dry Riesling is a beautiful wine aromatically showing notes of lime, ginger and jasmine flowers. On the palate, you will find flavors of crisp green apple, lemon and lime as well as a light mineral character, backed by a lively, crisp, sleek texture. Enjoy!
