Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay from Fess Parker opens with an inviting oak and pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and approachable. The flavor profile is a tasty oak influenced apple with hints of lemon. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Chard is very food friendly and versatile. I would pair it with chicken francese. Enjoy - Ken
