Wine Review: This light yellow colored Viognier opens with a mild light tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and very smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty tangerine with mild melon and hints of butter and white pepper. The finish is dry and its gentle butter notes linger. I would pair this Viognier with chicken picatta. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Light straw in color, this Viognier offers aromas of white peach, jasmine, lychee nut, vanilla and a hint of cinnamon. Enjoy flavors of honeysuckle, honeydew melon and white nectarine combined with peach and vanilla on the palate. Mineral driven with a touch of sweet oak, this Viognier will pair well with any spicy dish.
