Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a light lemon and oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic, yet savory and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty tart green apple with hints of cashew, mild pear and oak. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely.
